At the Cookshack, we're old school and do things the right way. We slow smoke all of our AAA Brisket, Alberta pork, ribs, chicken, and sausage in-house creating a carnivore's paradise. We'll help you pair our generously portioned meats with two of our sides prepared from scratch daily. This Southern style BBQ is a tribute to the comfort foods of our Albertan heritage.
